About the Role

We are looking for a 3D & VFX Motion Designer to join our creative team. The role focuses on professional product rendering and seamless VFX integration for commercial and corporate productions. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in compositing 3D assets into live-action environments and delivering polished, production-ready visuals.

Responsibilities: 

Create clean, photorealistic 3D renders and animations for commercials and brand content.

Integrate 3D assets into live-action video, including tracking, matchmoving, rotoscoping, and color matching.

Build dynamic 3D elements, particle systems, and kinetic type for social media and digital campaigns.

Handle "invisible VFX" tasks like screen replacements, object removal, and clean-up for corporate presentations.

Optimize heavy 3D scenes for various formats, ranging from high-res exhibition displays to mobile-first social content.

Requirements: 

2–3 years of experience in a similar role

Fluency in English, both written and oral

Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender

Experience with Redshift, Octane or Arnold

Advanced After Effects skills for compositing, multi-pass rendering and finishing, along with knowledge of Premiere Pro and standard video editing workflows

Experience in motion design, animation and basic video capturing (camera operation and lighting)

Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual effects

Understanding of focal lengths, lighting setups and matching digital cameras to real-world footage

Ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator for texturing, matte painting and asset preparation

Ability to hit deadlines and manage render times effectively without sacrificing quality

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a creative team

Submission of a relevant work portfolio or showreel is mandatory for consideration
