Job Description

Binnen de business unit Monitoring & Surveying van SOCOTEC richt jij je op bouwmaatvoering, landmeten en bouwkundige opnames en metingen voorafgaand aan en tijdens diverse bouw- en infraprojecten. Onze organisatie groeit dynamisch en integreert verschillende SOCOTEC-units, waarbij samenwerking centraal staat. In ons team werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten waarin nauwkeurigheid, vakmanschap én persoonlijke ontwikkeling volop kansen krijgen. Er zijn volop doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen SOCOTEC voor wie zich wil ontwikkelen.

Als 3D Scan Modelleur / Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren, verwerken en optimaliseren van 3D scans binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit kantoor, met de mogelijkheid om – indien gewenst – ook buiten scanwerkzaamheden uit te voeren.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van onze scanafdeling. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen bezig bent met de uitvoering, maar ook actief meedenkt over het verbeteren van processen, technieken en workflows. Op momenten dat er minder scanwerkzaamheden zijn, richt je je op het optimaliseren en doorontwikkelen van de scanmethodieken en verwerking.

Daarnaast ondersteun je waar nodig bij de voorbereiding van werkzaamheden binnen de bouwmaatvoering. Je bent dus breder inzetbaar en draagt bij aan een efficiënte voorbereiding van projecten.

• Aantoonbare ervaring als 3D scan modelleur / specialist
• Ervaring met relevante scan- en verwerkingssoftware
• In staat om zelfstandig te werken en processen te optimaliseren
• Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling
• Interesse in innovatie en het verder ontwikkelen van een vakgebied
• Bereidheid om naast scanwerkzaamheden ook bij te dragen aan bouwmaatvoering
• Flexibele houding ten aanzien van werkzaamheden (binnen en eventueel buiten)
