About the Role

What You’ll Do:

• Standardization & Optimization: Independently formulate data quality assurance (QA) standards based on delivery requirements; conduct training and Q&A sessions; draft related documentation; and continuously optimize the data quality acceptance framework to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks and acceptance testing on delivered data; identify, record, and report data quality issues to ensure high standards are met.

• Team Management: Manage project team members and provide them with professional technical support, guidance, and mentorship.

What We're looking for:

• Artistic Background: Background in 3D art with proficiency in common DCC software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max). Possesses a solid artistic foundation with acute sensitivity to color and texture, and excellent aesthetic judgment.

• Management Skills: Excellent communication and team management skills with a proven ability to drive efficient task delivery.

• Work Ethic: Meticulous and rigorous work attitude; capable of independent analysis and problem-solving; self-driven and able to thrive in high-pressure environments.

• Adaptability: Strong learning agility with a genuine passion for AI technology; able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Project Management or Outsourcing Vendor Management.

• Experience with AI workflows or professional 3D content creation.

• Proficiency in Python; experience in developing Blender add-ons/plugins is a strong plus.
