We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist with 2–4 years of experience in image modelling and rendering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating high-quality 3D assets, visualizations, and rendered outputs using industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender/FreeCAD, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite. This role involves working closely with the design team to deliver creative, accurate, and visually compelling 3D assets for product, marketing, and creative campaigns.We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist with 2–4 years of experience in image modelling and rendering. Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, textures, and renders of products, designs, and concepts as per project requirements.
• Develop photorealistic renderings, lighting setups, and visualizations for presentations and marketing use.
• Collaborate with designers and creative leads to ensure alignment with client and project needs.
• Optimize 3D assets for rendering efficiency without compromising quality.
• Work on material, shading, and lighting techniques to enhance realism.
• Maintain proper documentation, project files, and asset libraries for future use.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, techniques, and trends in design visualization.
• Customer Collaboration: Understanding customer briefing and Incorporating customer feedback efficiently, ensuring revisions are executed promptly for on-time delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Verify outputs for accuracy, ensuring proper resolution, color consistency, and readiness.
• Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in 3D rendering workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma/GD Art/BFA/MFA/BDS/MDS or any Equivalent Degree in Designing and 3D Animation.
• 2–4 years of experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Maya, Blender/FreeCAD, and KeyShot or similar tools for modelling and rendering.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred).
• Understanding of texturing, lighting, shading, and rendering pipelines.
• Good eye for composition, detail, and aesthetics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and file-sharing platforms for documentation and collaboration.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to resolve challenges while adhering to client specifications and technical constraints.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring error-free print and packaging deliverables.
• Efficient time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for working with global teams and clients.
• Proactive learner, staying updated on the latest trends in packaging and printing technologies.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience in animation, motion graphics, or AR/VR visualization.
• Knowledge of CAD-to-3D workflow integration.
