Quick summary: We’re seeking an experienced 3D Animator who can deliver high-quality, cinematic 3D animation, work that feels powerful, intentional, and technically strong. You’ll work on character-heavy, cinematic animations and complex 3D scenes that set a high bar for craftsmanship. This is not template work, it’s about owning scenes end-to-end and delivering visuals that feel premium and deliberate.

What you'll do

• Create high-quality 3D animations with a strong cinematic feel.

• Animate characters, creatures, or complex subjects with attention to weight, timing, and realism.

• Build and manage full 3D scenes, from layout to final animation.

• Work hands-on with models, textures, lighting, and simulations.

• Collaborate with creative and motion teams to align animation style and direction.

• Take ownership of animation quality and continuously raise the visual bar.

Who we're looking for

• Strong experience creating cinematic, character-driven 3D animation.

• Confident, daily use of Blender.

• Ability to work independently on scene building and animation.

• Solid understanding of motion, weight, timing, and cinematic composition.

• Strong skills in modeling and retopology

Salary range: €3,000 - 4,500/month gross, depending on experience.
