About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Specialist - PX Ops to join our People Experience team, with a focus on managing US operations. This role serves as a Center of Excellence for US operations based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US benefits, compliance, onboarding, and operations, coupled with exceptional process and project management skills.

A Day in the Life

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
• Address employee queries regarding benefits like 401(k), health insurance, and attendance policies.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
• Enhance operational efficiency through process design and improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Act as a liaison between US and India teams to bridge operational and cultural gaps.
• Maintain documentation and analytics for compliance and strategic decision-making.

What You Need

• 5–7 years of US PX/HR Operations management experience, including US labor law compliance, employee onboarding/offboarding, attendance management, and benefits administration (401(k)).
• Experience in process optimization and project management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus.

Location and Working Hours

The role is based in Noida, India, and requires working during US hours to align with our US-based team.
