3928 - Industrial Trainee - Finance Operations

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team based in Noida. This role offers hands-on experience in revenue accounting, general ledger (GL) management, and core finance operations, providing a strong foundation in corporate finance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

● Revenue Accounting:
1. Assist in revenue recognition in line with Ind AS/IFRS.
2. Support monthly revenue close and reconciliation of revenue-related accounts.
3. Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy across customer accounts.

● General Ledger (GL):
1. Support month-end and year-end GL close processes.
2. Assist in posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
3. Work with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and accounting.

● Finance Operations:
1. Help streamline and improve finance processes.
2. Support audit readiness and internal control compliance.
3. Assist in MIS reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:

• Cleared CA Intermediate (Both Groups)
• Currently pursuing CA articleship with a minimum of 12 months completed
• Good understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
