About the Role

Innovaccer seeks a Software Development Engineer-III (Backend) to collaborate with engineers in creating exceptional product experiences that address customer pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leads to define technical solutions and deliver quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor engineers to enhance continuous improvement.
• Optimize performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to the architecture and development of scalable and maintainable backend services.

What You Need

• B.E., B.Tech., or Master in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software product development.
• Experience in software development, preferably with Python and microservices.
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of GenAI, NLP, MLOps, and Agentic AI.
• Experience delivering customer-facing engineering and AI solutions.
• Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies like Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with software release processes and A/B experiments.
