Overview

We’re looking for a conversion-focused Funnel & Landing Page Builder who can create high-performing landing pages and lead capture funnels for B2B campaigns. This role is hands-on and execution-heavy: you’ll build fast, test often, and continuously improve conversion performance across paid traffic and outbound campaigns.

You will work closely with our growth and sales teams to launch funnels that are clean, modern, and optimized for direct response—balancing design, copy, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Build

You will be responsible for creating and optimizing conversion assets such as:

• Landing pages for paid traffic (Meta, Google Ads)
• Pages for cold outbound and email campaigns
• Multi-step funnels optimized for lead capture and qualification
• A/B test variants to continuously improve conversion rates (CRO)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch high-converting landing pages and funnel flows aligned with campaign goals
• Translate campaign intent into clear page structure, messaging, and CTAs
• Develop and iterate page copy based on direct-response best practices
• Create multiple versions (A/B testing) to validate conversion improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on offers, messaging, and targeting
• Implement or support tracking + analytics setup (conversion events, pixels, UTMs, etc.)
• Ensure fast delivery timelines while maintaining quality and conversion standards

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience building landing pages/funnels that convert (portfolio/examples required)
• Proficiency with funnel and page-building tools such as:
• ClickFunnels
• Unbounce
• Webflow
• or similar tools

• Strong design sense: clean, modern, direct response style
• Solid copywriting skills (headline clarity, offer positioning, CTA writing)
• Experience supporting an agency environment or B2B lead generation campaigns
• Familiarity with tracking and analytics setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, conversion tracking, etc.)
• Excellent communication and the ability to work fast with minimal oversight
• A bias for execution: fast turnaround + high attention to detail
