About the Role:

We’re looking for an exceptionally organized Email Marketing Project Coordinator to act as the glue between our internal team and client stakeholders. You won’t be creating emails yourself—but you’ll be quarterbacking the process: tracking tasks, nudging approvals, and updating reports. This is a detail-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the task tracking for email designers and copywriters (assigning—not executing)

• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely approvals

• Update reporting documents based on inputs from stakeholders

• Keep project timelines accurate and up-to-date

• Proactively flag delays, blockers, or gaps in communication

Requirements:
• 2+ years in project coordination, email marketing, or marketing ops
• Strong understanding of creative workflow processes (design, copy, approvals)
• Exceptional communication skills—especially in follow-up and nudging for action
• Highly organized with a love for keeping docs clean and updated
• Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Slack, and project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
