About the Role

As a Motion Designer at Innovaccer, you’ll be part of the team that brings our SaaS solutions to life through motion graphics, product videos, and UI/UX animations. You’ll create high-quality, dynamic content that simplifies complex ideas, highlights product value, and amplifies our brand across campaigns, websites, and digital platforms. In this role, you will craft SaaS-focused storytelling, producing everything from explainer videos and product demos to website animations and social media assets. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced designers, producers, and marketers, sharpening both your technical expertise and creative vision.

A Day in the Life

• Design and animate UI/UX product flows to showcase Innovaccer’s SaaS solutions.
• Edit and produce marketing videos, explainers, and product demos for campaigns, web, and social.
• Create motion graphics and interactive animations aligned with Innovaccer’s brand system.
• Translate scripts and product concepts into engaging, visually consistent narratives.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to ensure accurate representation of product visuals in video content.
• Build and optimize Lottie animations for web and digital touchpoints.
• Prepare and refine visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite for integration into video workflows.
• Stay on top of motion and SaaS marketing trends; bring fresh ideas to elevate our storytelling.

Requirements:
What You Need

● 3-5 years of experience in visual, web, or communication design, preferably in high‑growth B2B SaaS environments.

● A portfolio that demonstrates system‑level thinking, typography finesse, and multi‑channel storytelling with measurable business impact.

● Mastery of Figma (component libraries, auto‑layout, variables) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).

● Deep understanding of responsive, accessible design principles and close collaboration with front‑end engineers.

● Proven ability to lead cross‑functional workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and present design rationale clearly. Bonus: ● Motion graphics/video editing expertise.

● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern web animation libraries.
