Job Title: Operations Systems Implementation Specialist (AI Workflow Builder)

Schedule: M-F, 9AM - 6PM Pacific Time (Full time)

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Operations Systems Implementation Specialist to lead the setup, optimization, and integration of multiple operational platforms, including Freshdesk, ClickUp, Jolt, 7Shifts, Square, MarginEdge, BentoBox, and other tools. This role is critical in streamlining workflows, automating processes, and ensuring operational efficiency across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization & Automation
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system integration.
• Develop and implement workflows and automation strategies within ClickUp and Freshdesk to enhance HR, Help Desk, and general operations.

• Systems Implementation & Integration
• Configure and optimize Jolt for employee documentation, disciplinary tracking, and store management checklists.
• Oversee labor and payroll reporting in 7Shifts and ADP, ensuring automated compliance checks and labor budgeting controls.
• Implement and refine Square, MarginEdge, and BentoBox for seamless financial and operational reporting.

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Design real-time dashboards and reporting systems that track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Continuously monitor system effectiveness and implement improvements post-integration.

• Training & Support
• Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Provide hands-on training and support for management and staff, addressing any challenges during implementation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, systems implementation, or process automation roles.
• Proven expertise in Freshdesk, ClickUp, Jolt, 7Shifts, Square, ADP, MarginEdge, and other operational platforms.
• Strong background in workflow automation, system integrations, and data management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with experience guiding teams through new system implementations.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
