My client is an award winning Melbourne start-up that has a San Francisco presence. They are building a ground breaking collaborative software product to increase financial literacy and business acumen amongst those wishing to start and run a successful business.

Already gaining traction overseas and with a strong advisory board, they are in a stage of growth and are looking for experienced developers who want to get skin in the game

We are looking for an intelligent Full Stack PHP Engineer to drive the implementation of the product and it’s modules.

This is an ideal role for the Snr. Developer who wants to own part of a successful company and contribute not only via clean and well-documented code but also with ideas and innovations.

• Solid base salary plus equity options

Create, build and own part of an award-winning consumer software product.

• At least 4yrs building custom, open source systems
• Technical proficiency in core PHP, OOP, MVC
• Strong JavaScript experience (Node.js / AngularJS a bonus)
• HTML5 / CSS3 (preprocessor / framework exp. beneficial)
• Previous experience deploying to cloud servers (AWS / EC2)
• Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM and the SDLC
• Service orientated architecture and design patterns
• A passion for excellence
