- Hardware development management for customer projects and technical negotiations with customers.

Hardware development management of customer projects (development planning, requirement analysis, prototyping/sample coordination, design validation plan, mass production) Technical and liaison business with domestic and overseas customers.

Working with our domestic and overseas development partners to develop hardware for customers.

- Development for electronics circuit, PCB layout and device development

Working with overseas development partners to design, evaluate and analyze the electrical circuits, and develop the PCB layout, develop the device.

- New function development

Develop new function for future products, such as combining multiple functions to develop new function.

- 顧客向けプロジェクトのハードウェア開発プロジェクトマネジメント、客先との技術折衝、渉外業務

顧客向けプロジェクトのハードウェア開発マネジメント（開発計画、要求分析、試作、評価、量産）

国内外の客先との技術折衝や渉外業務を行ないます。各拠点の開発パートナーと協働し、ハードウェアの顧客向け開発業務を行います。

-電気回路設計、基板レイアウト、デバイス開発

 海外の開発パートナーと協働し、電気、電子回路の設計や評価、解析、基板のレイアウト開発、デバイスの開発を行います。

- 新規機能開発

複数の機能を組み合わせて、新規の機能を開発を行うなど、将来の製品に対する新規機能の開発を行います。

- Electrical engineering knowledge

- Electrical development/evaluation experience

- Japanese communication skill (Business level)

- English communication skill (TOEIC >=600)

- Experience of technical negotiations with customers, external relations work

- Experience in International team

- Basic knowledge of motorcycle

- Motorcycle license and riding experience (Prefer)

- 電気・電子工学知識

- 電気製品開発/評価経験

- 日本語でのコミュニケーションスキル (ビジネスレベル)

- 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル (TOEIC >=600)

- インターナショナルチームでの業務経験

- 客先との技術折衝、渉外業務経験

- 二輪車両に関する基礎知識

- 自動二輪免許/乗車経験 (あれば望ましい)
