2nd Year Apprentice (Carpenter)
We are currently looking for a motivated 2nd Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our construction team in Saskatchewan. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is eager to continue developing their carpentry skills on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting journeymen with concrete formwork and general carpentry tasks
Prepare, measure, and cut materials according to project requirements
Support construction activities including layout, assembly, installation, and dismantling of temporary structures and formwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools as needed
Perform routine tool and equipment checks
Follow all company safety procedures, site rules, and PPE requirements
Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
Complete additional duties assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent
Qualifications & Requirements
Registered 2nd Year Carpenter Apprentice (or actively progressing toward certification)
Previous construction or concrete formwork experience considered an asset
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting materials, working on your feet for extended periods, climbing ladders, kneeling, and working at heights
Basic construction math and measuring skills
Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn
Ability to follow direction and work safely in a fast-paced environment
Valid safety certifications such as WHMIS required; additional safety tickets are considered an asset
