Job Description

2nd Shift

Monday through Friday

3pm-11pm

$15/hr - $17/hr base rate + $0.50 shift differential

Job Duties:

Handling / placing product in and out of machining equipment

Make offsets as necessary

Inspect parts as required per control plans

Visually inspect parts for defects (excessive burrs, chips, etc…)

Stop equipment immediately in the event that non-conforming product is being produced

Notify supervisor of any problems

Complete appropriate hold tags as necessary

Place product in hold area if necessary

Complete daily production reports as required

Additional Job Duties (Tech Specific):

Fix geometry offsets, collets, and work holding

Reset positions on loader arms on Muratas

Diagnose but not fix collet problems (loose/tight), flatness on worn jaws, etc.

Tear out machine work holding

Train operators

Basic print reading
