Now Hiring: Kinetic Burn Table (Machine) Operator (2nd Shift) 2 roles available
Sinking Spring, PA
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Training on 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

At JGM, you won’t just run a machine—you’ll help produce the critical structural components that support bridges, buildings, and major industrial projects across the region.

We’re looking for skilled operators who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC plasma & oxy-fuel cutting tables (Kinetic or similar)

Cut heavy structural steel (3”+ plate) with precision

Read blueprints and produce “bolt-ready” parts

Handle materials using cranes, forklifts, and advanced lifting systems

Perform quality checks to ensure AISC-level standards

Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and shop efficiency
