Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Support Consultant!

Are you a natural problem‑solver who loves helping customers and working with innovative technology? We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and people‑focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional 2nd line support across our suite of applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by:

• Providing 2nd line application support to customers using our applications
• Handling customer queries electronically and over the phone
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents
• Supporting account management and building positive customer relationships
• Keeping detailed records of interactions and investigations
• Monitoring system and security alerts proactively
• Recreating and validating customer issues using internal guides
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business
• Assisting with the rollout of new applications and updates

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and persistent in solving problems
• Organised, logical, and methodical in your approach
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Confident with computers and tech-savvy
• Clear and professional in both spoken and written communication
• Empathetic and patient when supporting customers
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Able to obtain SC/NPPV3 Security Clearance (Higher Vetting is essential)
