We operate several fast-growth DTC ecommerce brands across multiple categories. Each brand runs high-volume creative testing across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, where motion graphics and product animations play a key role in communicating value and capturing attention.
We are now hiring a 2D/3D Motion Designer to create high-impact animations and product visuals that support our performance marketing engine.
This role is not about cinematic animation or entertainment content. It is about creating motion assets that help ads convert, explain product benefits quickly, and generate scroll-stopping visuals for paid media.
Role Overview
The 2D / 3D Motion Designer will be responsible for producing animated visuals, product animations, and motion graphics used across our paid acquisition channels. You will work closely with creative strategists, video editors, and designers to develop motion assets that improve ad engagement and conversion performance.
You are expected to combine strong animation skills with performance marketing awareness. The role requires fast iteration cycles, the ability to create visually compelling scenes, and the flexibility to generate both 2D and 3D assets that enhance ad creatives. This is a high-output role in a fast-paced DTC environment where creative performance directly impacts revenue.
Responsibilities
• Create 2D and 3D animations used in paid social ads and marketing campaigns
• Produce product-focused animations that clearly demonstrate product features and benefits
• Design scroll-stopping motion graphics that improve engagement and retention in video ads
• Build animated scenes and product visualizations for ad creatives
• Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, and creative strategists to develop high-performing ad concepts
• Produce motion assets that can be reused and adapted across multiple creatives
• Rapidly iterate on animations based on creative testing results and performance feedback
• Maintain organized project files and scalable animation workflows
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines while optimizing for performance
Requirements
• Proven experience creating 2D and/or 3D animations for digital advertising or marketing
• Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design and visual storytelling
• Ability to produce motion assets optimized for short-form advertising formats
• Strong attention to visual quality, detail and timing
• Ability to work quickly and produce assets in a high-volume creative environment
• Comfortable collaborating with creative and marketing teams
• Strong ownership of creative output and technical execution
Preferred Experience
• Experience creating animations for DTC ecommerce advertising
• Familiarity with creative testing frameworks used in paid acquisition
• Experience with tools such as After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D or similar animation software
• Ability to create 3D product renders and animated product demonstrations
• Understanding of Meta and TikTok creative formats
• Experience generating AI-assisted visuals and motion assets
• Experience collaborating with media buyers and creative strategists
