Preparación de procedimientos de trabajo seguro, evaluación de riesgos, supervisión del servicio, estadísticas, etc. Deberá emitir un informe mensual con el estado de ejecución de las actividades preventivas en cumplimiento a los objetivos de la Gerencia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional DET y deberá contener al menos la siguiente información: - Índices estadísticos del mes. - Cumplimiento de requisitos normativos y otros. - Cumplimiento de Reportabilidad y gestión de Hallazgos. - Incidentes durante el período. - Conclusiones del Informe.

Experto Profesional en Prevención de Riesgos, categoría SNS. Se solicita una experiencia mayor a 3 años de actividad profesional certificada, de los cuales a lo menos 3 años se haya desempeñado en servicios para minería, con dominio de las normativas de seguridad en el trabajo, salud ocupacional y ambientales vigentes.
