Será responsable de liderar y controlar en todo tiempo las acciones de planificación, coordinación y ejecución de los servicios y trabajos, promoviendo en su relación con las partes involucradas, el compromiso hacia la creación de valor, desarrollo de una gestión colaborativa y una gestión apoyada en la mejora continua.

Profesional Universitario Ingeniero/a Comercial, Civil Industrial, Abogado/a, Auditor/a con un mínimo de seis 6 años de experiencia específica en la dirección o liderazgo de proyectos relacionados con el servicio de gestión laboral, soporte en la revisión y trazabilidad de jornadas laborales y Ley Karin. − Acreditar experiencia en auditorias laborales y eficiencia de procesos. − Acreditar conocimiento experto del Código del Trabajo y de leyes laborales vigentes; además de Prevención de Riesgos. − Acreditar experiencia previa en la gestión y fiscalización laboral conforme a los lineamientos establecidos por la Ley Karin. − Licencia de Conducir Clase B.
