Job Description

Velar por el cumplimiento del plan de implementación C+ definido y dar seguimiento a este, informando desviaciones y levantando riesgos. Analizar datos e identificar oportunidades en los procesos que mejoren los resultados en temas de Productividad, Costos y Accidentabilidad. Ser apoyo base en la implementación de prácticas C+ en las áreas, gestión y análisis de información. Implementar los subsistemas de trabajo del Sistema de Gestión C+. Gestionar e impulsar proyectos de mejora continua en las áreas de la División para asegurar su sostenibilidad en el tiempo Monitorear y evaluar el impacto de las acciones de mejora en los procesos asignados. Influir en las decisiones de las áreas del negocio buscando mejorar KPI’s de procesos y comportamientos. Gestionar y liderar el desarrollo de diagnósticos operacionales, de gestión y de mentalidades y comportamientos. Apoyar en el desarrollo de la línea. Levantar la necesidad de capacitaciones C+ y apoyar en su ejecución. Evaluar Matriz de Madurez C+ en los lideres sombreados. Cumplir y hacer cumplir todas las políticas, normas y procedimientos establecidos en la División.

Al menos 1 año de experiencia laboral. Al menos 1 año de experiencia en minería y/o Excelencia operacional en otras industrias.
