Position: Primary Care Paramedic
Location: Whitecourt, Alberta
Position Type: Temporary Full-Time (Coreflex)
Duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension

Associated Ambulance is currently accepting expressions of interest for one (1) Primary Care Paramedic to join our Whitecourt Station on a temporary full-time basis. This position is anticipated to last three to six months, with potential for extension depending on operational needs.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Primary Care Paramedic practice permit meeting Alberta EMS practice requirements

Current Alberta Class IV driver’s license

Up-to-date on all mandatory and required training, including Medical Communications Protocols (MCP) and Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC)

Position Details:

Work Schedule: Coreflex rotation of four (4) days on, followed by four (4) days off

Applicants must disclose in their expression of interest any prior commitments that could impact their ability to meet the full-time schedule requirements

This position is governed by the terms outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement

All Temporary Full-Time (TFT) positions are subject to a three-month probationary period
