What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Achieve sales targets

Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service

Contribute to the store’s daily operations

Deepen your product knowledge and share it with customers

Play a key role in the success of the team

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience

Available to work days, evenings, and weekends

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Bilingual (French and English)

Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude

Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset

Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one

To Succeed in This Role, You Will:

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)

Understand and apply company policies and procedures

Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team

Adhere to and promote health and safety standards

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Highlight and optimize in-store promotions

Contribute to visual merchandising efforts
