El profesional debe contar con formación en las ciencias agronómicas o agrícolas o equivalente, obteniendo mayor calificación aquel que cuente con estudios de postgrado en las materias del servicio para el que es propuesto y con al menos 15 años de experiencia general y 10 años de experiencia laboral en actividades similares.
