Job Title: Intern

FLSA Status: Non-exempt 

Duration: June 2026-August 2026 (Must be able to participate in a minimum of 8+ weeks of the Internship program)

Your Role: Are you currently a rising 3rd or 4th year university student pursuing your undergraduate degree? Are you intrigued about starting a career in the business management industry?  Have you ever wondered what it’s like to manage the accounting and finances of high-net-worth individuals within the entertainment space?

If you answered, ‘Yes’ to the above, we are currently accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Internship Program and can’t wait to hear from you!  This is a unique 8-10 week Internship program offering a fulfilling summer experience working alongside top professionals in our industry.  You will have the opportunity to join one of our dynamic business units learning the ins and outs of business management, entertainment audits, royalty and/or music touring accounting.  

What Will You Do? Our internship curriculum includes touchpoints with several of our lead partners sharing their wisdom about starting a career in business management. We also offer career planning and resume building workshops, business etiquette and professional development presentations, team projects, and philanthropic initiatives. 

Internship candidates are self-motivated and professional, with an accounting and finance acumen, and are capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious firm and kickstart your career in business management.

Skills:

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Self-motivated with excellent organization skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to work well with a team and pitch in when needed.

Education / Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma required.

Currently enrolled as a rising 3rd or 4th year university student pursuing an undergraduate degree preferred.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Standing, walking, crouching, and regular lifting up to 15 pounds.

Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms.

Regularly talking, hearing, seeing, and sitting.

Moderate to loud noise level.

Risk of electrical shock.

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $22- $24 per hour and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
