Regional South Australia | Full-Time | Up to 3-Year Contract

A leading large regional hospital in South Australia is seeking Non-Accredited O&G Registrars to join their supportive Women’s Health team in 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad clinical exposure, hands-on experience, and strong consultant support ideal for clinicians wanting to strengthen their O&G experience in a friendly, community-oriented environment.
The Opportunity
Working within one of South Australia’s busiest and most well-resourced regional hospitals, you will provide high-quality care to women and families across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, gynaecology, and emergency presentations.
You’ll enjoy a diverse casemix, supportive senior clinicians, and a level of hands-on experience often not available in larger metropolitan services.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological care under consultant supervision
✔ Participate in theatre lists, birth suite duties, and outpatient clinics
✔ Support, supervise, and collaborate with junior medical officers
✔ Engage in clinical audit, teaching, simulation, and quality improvement
✔ Contribute to a positive, team-focused departmental culture
About you
We are seeking motivated clinicians who:
• Hold AHPRA General Registration, or Limited Registration (Level 3+)
• Are passionate about women’s health and expanding their O&G skill set
• Can work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-centred care
• Are adaptable, organised, and able to manage competing clinical priorities
• Value work–life balance and enjoy community-based medicine
