General Position Summary

We are looking for someone curious, creative and energetic with exceptional drive, attention to detail and love of all things people to join our HR team. This person would be integral in helping us launch and coordinate our wider programs within the NYC office which includes our equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) efforts and accountability.
Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions include but are not limited to:

Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Word, G-Suite skills required
• Ability to interact with cross departments and external clients at a variety of levels and across functions
• A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
• A sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
