Assists PD supervisor to manage the production line.

Dưới đây là các nhiệm vụ chính yếu của vị trí này, ngoài những công việc chủ yếu dưới đây vị trí này cũng sẽ đảm nhiệm những công việc có liên quan hoặc được phân công hợp lý từ cấp trên:
1. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Engineering teams to manage Oracle system transactions (WO creation, material issue, completion, and closing.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Sản xuất, Kế hoạch và Kỹ thuật để quản lý các giao dịch trên hệ thống Oracle (tạo WO, xuất vật liệu, hoàn thành và đóng lệnh).
2. Monitor and control raw material inventory in Oracle system to ensure system data accuracy and alignment with physical stock.
Theo dõi và kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên vật liệu trên hệ thống Oracle, đảm bảo dữ liệu hệ thống khớp với tồn kho thực tế.
3. Analyze inventory discrepancies and coordinate with related departments to resolve stock variance issues.
Phân tích chênh lệch tồn kho và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý sai lệch số liệu.
4. Control BOM, yield rate, and routing data in the system to ensure correct production transactions.
Kiểm soát BOM, yield rate và routing trên hệ thống để đảm bảo giao dịch sản xuất chính xác.
5. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and production reports for management review.
Chuẩn bị báo cáo tồn kho và sản xuất hàng ngày/tuần/tháng cho cấp quản lý.
6. Ensure timely material issuance to support production plan and avoid line stoppage.
Đảm bảo cấp phát nguyên vật liệu kịp thời để hỗ trợ kế hoạch sản xuất và tránh dừng chuyền.
7. Conduct periodic and ad-hoc stock count activities; ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.
Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ và đột xuất; đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình quản lý tồn kho của công ty.

Knowledge & Experience/Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm
1. At least 3–5 years of experience in production or inventory management.
Có ít nhất 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất hoặc quản lý kho.
2. English language is basic communication.
Ứng viên sử dụng tiếng Anh cơ bản.

Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận
1. College/University degree in Industrial Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields, etc..
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý công nghiệp, Kế toán, Chuỗi cung ứng hoặc liên quan., …

Work Conditions/ Điều kiện làm việc
1. 48 hours per week/ 48 giờ 1 tuần
2. Working in the office, the production area /Làm việc tại văn phòng, khu vực sản xuất
3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings, other activities organized by either PD or the company/ Có đủ sức khỏe để làm việc, học tập, tham gia các khóa đào tạo trong và ngoài nước, họp, hoạt động khác do phòng Sản Xuất hay công ty tổ chức.
