Job Description:Lead the hardware development team across the full lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture design, schematic creation, testing, and preparation for manufacturing release.Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in alignment with the project contract and defined development processes.Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.Oversee design activities, PCB layout, EMI/EMC compliance, and conduct all related technical reviews. Skills:Strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including both low-voltage and high-voltage systems such as inverters and DC/DC converters.Deep proficiency in DC and BLDC motor control topologies and their practical implementations.Solid knowledge of embedded systems, PCB layout principles, and key product-level mechanical considerations.Experienced in creating test plans, preparing test reports, and performing full product-level validation and verification.Knowledge in end-to-product development and production processes.Effective stakeholder management, including handling OEM queries and coordinating with Sales and Plant teams.Strong structured problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in hardware debugging and failure analysis
