Villari Foods is currently seeking an Industrial Electrician with a minimum of one year’s experience to help maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our industrial equipment and systems, as well as help with general electrical maintenance work. The physical environment for this job varies (you can read more about it below); our warehouse is kept at freezer temperatures for the preservation of the meat, but this individual will also work in room temperature settings, depending on where they’re needed. This position will require flexibility availability with the need for overtime. These hours will range from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Job duties:
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and install industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and install medium-voltage electrical distribution systems – 24 vac/vdc to 480 ac volt systems
Repair and rebuild electrical replacement parts for industrial manufacturing equipment and systems
General electrical maintenance work, as needed
To qualify for this job you must have:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum one-year experience as an Industrial Electrician
Knowledge of the following:
AC/DC
Electrical control wiring systems
Power distribution systems
Electrical motor control / VFD
Electro-fluid power systems
Electronic sensors
Basic mechanical drive system
Ability to install and bend conduit

The work environment will include cold temperatures between 50℉ to 10℉ (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals. Villari Foods will provide cold-weather gear to you.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
Able to drive a registered motor vehicle to satisfy daily requirements
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Able to speak and hear for safety and productivity
Use scanners, tablets, radios, phones, and other warehouse machinery
Frequently required to stand, use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle, feel, reach, and pull
