Requirements: Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2 or higher) Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once Excellent written communication skills Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Team player with a customer-centric mindset Knowledge Base/Help Desk Portals
