Sigma Defense is seeking a Knowledge & SharePoint Manager to support DOW Customers by developing, administering, and sustaining SharePoint-based knowledge management solutions that support program execution, reporting, workflow management, collaboration, and document control. This position manages SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, forms, repositories, workflows, and knowledge structures used to organize program artifacts, deliverables, approvals, lessons learned, and operational data.
The role ensures program information is accurate, searchable, secure, and accessible to authorized stakeholders through effective metadata, taxonomy, version control, document control, and role-based access management practices. Experience with data visualization, Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform analytics, Power Apps, and Power Automate is preferred, but not required.
This is a contingent role pending award and funding of position. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization and this position is funded.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Experience in knowledge management, SharePoint administration, content management, or related information management functions.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration environments.
• Ability to manage SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, forms, permissions, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, document control, version control, and records organization.
• Ability to organize program repositories for deliverables, reports, plans, meeting materials, lessons learned, risks, issues, and action items.
• Ability to organize and analyze program information to support reporting, decision-making, and management visibility.
• Ability to provide user support, training, job aids, SOPs, and SharePoint/KM guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, current, and well-organized program information.
• Ability to support controlled access to sensitive information through permissions and role-based access management.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or visual summaries using Microsoft Power BI, Power Analytics, advanced SharePoint views, or similar tools.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
Candidate Differentiators:
• Experience supporting DOW or other mission-focused federal environments.
• Experience developing or supporting automated workflows for approvals, concurrence, routing, deliverable tracking, or action item management.
• Familiarity with CUI handling, access control, and information security practices.
• Meet DoD 8140 requirements for DCWF Work Role 451, System Administrator, at the Intermediate or Advanced proficiency level. Preferred certifications include Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, GSEC, FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, or other DoD-approved equivalents.
Personnel Clearance Level:
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance or higher.
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
• Create dashboards, reports, SharePoint views, and data summaries to support program and financial visibility.
• Build and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, forms, views, permissions, and workflows.
• Configure repositories to track projects, deliverables, financial data, risks, issues, action items, and lessons learned.
• Apply metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, version control, and document control standards.
• Maintain repositories for reports, plans, risk assessments, transition documents, meeting materials, and customer deliverables.
• Configure workflows for reviews, approvals, routing, concurrence, action tracking, and customer coordination.
• Manage role-based access for authorized users and safeguard controlled or sensitive information.
• Provide SharePoint/KM user support, training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Maintain lessons learned repositories and support continuous process improvement.
• Align SharePoint/KM solutions with execution needs.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
