Sigma Defense is seeking a Software Engineer I to augment the core team that develops and implements a variety of computer based products for our military customers.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience with software engineering and the development using Git based tools.
• Proficiency with C++, Python, and Bash scripting in a Linux operating environment.
• Working knowledge of virtualization and containerization.
• Math or physics background desired.
• Interest and understanding of RF signals and radar technologies.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Personnel Clearance Level:
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret clearance or higher.
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.
Job Responsibilities: (Not all-inclusive)
• Support programs related to electronic warfare systems.
• Work in a structured, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Development of requirements and design specifications.
• Implementation of developed system specifications, test plan, and procedure development.
• System testing and installation support.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
