About the project

As a Product Manager (Design Program Operations Focus), you will drive initiatives related to experience personalization, experimentation, and design system adoption, ensuring that digital experiences remain consistent, performant, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.

How you'll contribute

✅ Define and maintain product requirements, documentation, and use cases for digital experience optimization and personalization.
✅ Lead and coordinate program operations to ensure design and product initiatives are executed efficiently.
✅ Ensure design system components are effectively leveraged within product features.
✅ Facilitate collaboration across product, design, engineering, testing, and data teams.
✅ Translate business goals into clear product features, backlog items, and technical requirements.
✅ Partner with experimentation teams to define and execute A/B testing initiatives.
✅ Collaborate with data teams to identify user segments and personalization opportunities.
✅ Document and manage logic-based product scenarios and business rules.
✅ Support roadmap development and feature prioritization.
✅ Ensure initiatives progress efficiently through the Scrum lifecycle.
✅ Contribute to improving product workflows, documentation, and collaboration models.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management, Product Operations, or Pgram Design Operations.
✨ Experience leading initiatives across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams.
✨ Experience working with design systems and multi-disciplinary digital product teams.
✨ Experience with Dagger (dependency injection framework).
✨ Familiarity with AEM or similar CMS platforms with component-based architectures.
✨ Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
✨ Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation workflows, or personalization initiatives.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
