About the project

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core platform, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end logic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable APIs, optimize data processing workflows, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end elements.

How you'll contribute

✅ Exercise extreme ownership over the AI ecosystem, taking full responsibility for end-to-end delivery, architecture, and the actual value tools provide to the developer community.
✅ Design, code, and deploy Python-based microservices in cloud environments, proactively anticipating future needs and proposing architectural improvements beyond basic requirements.
✅ Define and monitor metrics to ensure data-driven impact, using hard data to guide engineering decisions and guarantee solutions are demonstrably speeding up workflows.
✅ Debug and troubleshoot complex, hard-to-find issues across microservices, distributed architectures, varied environments, and VPCs with a deep-dive, proactive approach.
✅ Adapt to unknown technical territories by taking the initiative to learn and solve problems across platform engineering, computing statistics, or data engineering as the product demands.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working in software engineering and building microservices.
✨ 3+ Years of experience working with Python.
✨ Deep experience operating in the cloud (AWS).
✨ Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and Serverless architecture.
✨ Applied distributed systems knowledge, with the ability to architect fault-tolerant systems using modern design patterns and failure-mitigation strategies.
✨ Proficiency in messaging and databases, covering both relational and non-relational systems, messaging patterns, and scaling strategies.
✨ Expertise in cloud debugging, with a strong track record of navigating and resolving complex issues across distributed environments and VPCs.
✨ AI-first engineering mindset, demonstrated by the daily use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Gemini) to accelerate productivity and code quality.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
