About the project

As a Senior D365 F&O Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide technical and functional decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

How you'll contribute

✅ Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
✅ Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct fit–gap analyses, and define high-level solution designs.
✅ Configure and implement Finance modules in D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business needs.
✅ Guide development teams through integrations, customizations, data migration, and technical decision-making.
✅ Define implementation plans, effort estimates, documentation, and risk assessments.
✅ Provide advisory services, best-practice recommendations, and user training when needed.
✅ Stay current on Dynamics 365 updates and identify opportunities for improvement.
✅ Create demos and proofs-of-concept for internal or pre-sales initiatives.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
✨ 5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
✨ Proven background leading D365 F&O implementations, solution design, and configuration for Finance modules.
✨ Ability to define solution architecture, implementation strategies, and technical documentation.
✨ Experience conducting requirements gathering, functional-technical alignment, and fit–gap analysis.
✨ Experience guiding development teams and supporting technical decision-making.
✨ Ability to create effort estimates, scope definitions, and architectural decision records.
✨ Experience supporting end-users through demos, training, and knowledge transfer.
✨ Strong understanding of data collection, reconciliation, and migration processes.
✨ Ability to analyze D365 updates and recommend functional or technical enhancements.
✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
