Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent Fullstack (React + Convex + Claude), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship a production-ready React frontend on a tight timeline

• Work within a React + Convex stack — leveraging Convex's real-time, reactive architecture where it adds genuine value

• Integrate frontend components with existing backend APIs and Convex functions

• Collaborate closely with the backend developer to align on data contracts and API endpoints

• Translate product requirements and UI/UX specs into clean, functional interfaces

• Actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of how you build- not as a novelty, but as a daily productivity multiplier

• Contribute product thinking: flag UX gaps, suggest better data models, challenge assumptions

• Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and solid performance

• Participate in daily standups and contribute to sprint planning

• Write maintainable, well-structured code with appropriate test coverage

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend development with React

• Convex experience is required — you should understand its real-time data layer, mutations, queries, and how it changes frontend architecture

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar)

• Actively uses Claude Code and AI tooling — you should have a clear point of view on how to leverage these tools to move faster and build better

• Strong opinions about product and architecture — we want someone who contributes ideas, not just executes tickets

• Fullstack capability — able to navigate and contribute to backend code when needed

• Background job awareness in UI

• Clear communicator who thrives in small, collaborative teams

• Available to start immediately and commit full-time through the project deadline

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
