We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Retoucher, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-end retouching across stills and key frames for advertising, editorial, and commercial campaigns.

• Perform color correction, compositing, clean-up, beauty/skin work, product retouching, and CGI integration.

• Collaborate with CGI artists, producers, and creative directors to match the look established in concept and pre-production.

• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality and hitting tight deadlines.

• Prep, version, and deliver final files to client specs across print, digital, and broadcast formats.

• Maintain organized PSDs, layer structures, and asset libraries for revisions and archival.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional retouching experience in a studio, agency, or post-production environment

• Expert-level Photoshop (advanced masking, frequency separation, dodge & burn, smart objects, actions)

• Proficiency in Capture One and/or Lightroom for raw processing and color

• Working knowledge of compositing CGI renders with photography (matching light, shadow, perspective, grain)

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Bridge, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)

• Comfortable with color management, soft proofing, and delivery specs (CMYK/RGB, ICC profiles, print vs. screen)

• Strong eye for detail, composition, light, and skin tones

• Experience working with Wacom/Cintiq tablets

• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback efficiently, and communicate clearly with creative teams

It´s a Plus:

knowledge of Nuke, Capture One tethering, Frame.io, or basic 3D software (Cinema 4D, Maya)

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,300 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
