We need an English-fluent Senior Product Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products (websites, applications, and private platforms).

• Propose and design highly interactive and visually distinctive websites.

• Create web experiences with advanced animations, including parallax, scroll-based interactions, mouse-driven movements, stacked cards, dynamic transitions, and more.

• Design and prototype microinteractions and complex interaction patterns to enhance user experience.

• Implement designs in Webflow, ensuring high fidelity to the original concept.

• Define and maintain scalable design systems for apps and platforms.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

• Contribute to product and experience strategy decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Webflow.

• Proven experience designing and implementing websites with advanced animations (scroll, parallax, mouse interactions, etc.).

• Experience in motion graphics applied to web and digital products.

• Strong expertise in microinteractions and complex interaction design.

• Experience in digital health, Health 3.0, wearables, or optimization applications.

• Experience designing both public-facing websites and private platforms.

It´s a plus:

• Experience designing assets for social media.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong visual taste and aesthetic judgment.

• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

• Spanish, Dutch, or German is a plus.

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,000 - $5,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
