We need an English-fluent Business QA, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Requirements:

Required

• Ability to write detailed test cases covering positive, negative, boundary, and edge case

scenarios

• Experience executing functional testing against documented business requirements.

• Demonstrated experience with regression testing across multiple release cycles

• Experience with exploratory testing to identify gaps beyond scripted scenarios

• Communication skills

Preferred

• 3+ Experience with complex enterprise web applications and SDLC

• Prior experience in the insurance industry

• Prior experience leading state or federal government projects.

• Experience testing reports and dashboards, including Power BI or similar reporting tool

• Experience with browser compatibility testing across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox

• Experience with batch job testing including scheduling, dependency, and data

reconciliation validation

• Experience with UiPath Test Manager for automated test management and reporting

• Experience testing role-based access control (RBAC) and user permission models

• Understanding of PII data handling, masking, and privacy compliance requirements

• Experience with accessibility testing standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level A & AA) and

accessibility tools such as Axe DevTools, NVDA, and Color Contrast Analyzer

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
