We need an English-fluent PART- TIME Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, focusing on out-of-the-box risk capabilities

• Implement and manage risk frameworks, policies, controls, and rules within the platform

• Support risk identification, assessment, and mitigation workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow configurations with business requirements

• Ensure best practices in GRC/IRM implementation and governance

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing configurations for improved performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on GRC/IRM

• Proven experience with: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management and Configuration of rules and workflows within ServiceNow

• Ability to work independently in a senior-level, advisory capacity

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Spanish fluency required

It´s a Plus:

• ServiceNow GRC/IRM certifications

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $1,000- $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.

• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
