Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle+ Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own functional testing activities for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and regression test suites
• Validate integrations on a functional level (email notifications, APIs, external systems)
• Collaborate with BA/PO to clarify requirements and provide early quality feedback
• Lead defect triage sessions and contribute to risk assessment
• Provide structured test reporting and communicate quality status to stakeholders
• Support UAT activities and ensure smooth collaboration with business teams

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Manual QA
• Strong experience in test planning, estimation, and reporting
• Strong skills in test analysis, test design, and test documentation
• Practical knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience testing service workflows
• Experience with at least one ITSM tool: SMAX, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive testing activities
• German language proficiency: B2+/C1
• English level: B2 or higher
