Job Description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Scrum Master to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
• Lead sprint demos and present delivered functionality to stakeholders
• Ensure smooth sprint execution and help the team stay focused on priorities
• Maintain and manage Scrum/Kanban boards (Jira, Trello, or similar tools)
• Coordinate release activities and work with cross-functional teams to remove blockers
• Protect the team from external distractions and ensure a productive workflow
• Support team self-organization while maintaining delivery momentum
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize backlog items
• Track progress, identify risks early, and proactively address impediments
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across the team

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment
• Strong practical experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos)
• Proven experience coordinating releases and supporting delivery across distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar)
• Strong understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks and Agile delivery practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to keep teams focused, organized, and aligned with delivery goals
• Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar Agile certification
