• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English (written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others
• Able to organize plans and prioritize tasks 
• Preferred to experience the following tools
• CRM tools - Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Loft.
• Google Suite applications (preferred) - Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.
• Contract signing process operation and contract-related document management
• Contract delivery and receipt management with clients and internal DB archiving
• Transaction statement preparation and e-contract system management
• Communication with client administrative contacts and administrative document drafting
• Progress request for public institution payment confirmation and internal collection procedures
• Sales target list data updates and company basic information research
• Sales-related expense processing and purchase requests
• Management of client holiday gifts, wreaths, and parcel shipments
• Basic understanding of the Korean media and advertising industry
• Knowledge and understanding of the sales process
• Good interpersonal skills to support various related departments
• Bachelor's degree 
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative or business support roles
• Preferred the basic understanding of the Korean media and advertising industry
Roles and Responsibilities
• 계약 및 공문 관리 (Contract Management)
- 계약서 날인 프로세스 운영 및 관리 (오프라인 및 DocuSign)
- 계약 제반 서류(신용평가 보고서, 인감증명서, 보증보험 등) 준비 및 최신화
- 계약서 거래처 송부 및 수신 관리, 사내 DB(Salesforce, Google Drive) 아카이빙
- 거래명세서 작성 및 전자계약 시스템 관리
• 계약 후 행정 절차 (Post-Sales Administration)
- 고객사 행정 담당자와의 커뮤니케이션 (행정 창구 역할)
- 행정 관련 서류 1차 기안 및 준비
- 공공기관(나라장터) 기성 확인 요청 및 추심 발생 시 내부 절차 진행
• 영업 활동 지원 (Sales Support & Operations)
- 세일즈 타겟(New Client) 리스트 데이터 업데이트 (기업 기본 정보 리서치)
- 세일즈 관련 비용 처리 및 구매 요청
- 고객사 명절 선물, 화환 및 택배 발송 관리
