To take responsibility for maintaining the relationship between the company and the prospective client. This will be achieved through excellent service, maintenance of on-site products, repair or removal of the divisional products as per the Service Leaders discretion. To be responsible for achieving standards of service quality and productivity as set by the company.

KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Service entire product range
• To liaise with Service Leader
• Complete daily work
• Customer complaints
• Achieving standards of productivity as set by the company
• Retention of existing clients
• Compile necessary documentation for client and office after service is completed
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations
• Ensure equipment is maintained and clean at all times
• Carry an adequate range products and equipment, necessary.
• Ensure the company vehicle and image is protected at all times
• Ensure the usage of the correct Personal Protective Equipment
• Carry out any additional duties as required for operational purpose

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:

• Must be customer focused/orientated

• Ability to identify customer needs and solutions

• Should display professional attitude
• Must be presentable

• Highly developed communication skills (Written/Verbal/Non-verbal)
• Requires good time management skills to efficiently and effectively perform daily duties
• Good physical health

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• Knowledge of competitor and competitor activity
• Unendorsed Valid code 10 driver’s license
