Job Description
The role will be key in supporting the Financial Controller in ensuring monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay/payroll analysis and employer of choice data collection is completed accurately and on time.
KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Produce monthly HR reporting analysis including but not limited to starter and leaver movement, FTE actual vs budget, M/F headcount analysis, promotions and transfers within the business. Ensuring all data required by the business is prepared within the deadlines set
• Support the business/senior management team where required on HR analysis required for decision making
• Monthly and quarterly analysis on employee retention
• Quarterly employer of choice data collection
• Monthly analysis on all payroll elements where required with specific focus on variable pay paid to employees (overtime, commissions, bonus etc.)
• Monthly reporting on recruitment data with a focus on analysis and explanation of the key trends
• Produce monthly headcount files for financial reporting purposes in the monthly management accounts
• Annual audit projects to ensure a robust and adequate control environment for payroll and HR
• Commission scheme modelling and analysis
• Assist with identifying risks within the business and propose solutions to any control issues that arise
• Assistance with internal and external auditors to support their activities. Work proactively to close out any control issues they may raise
• Assistance with large compliance projects
• Support the Financial Controller and HR Reporting Manager and the wider team where required
• BBBEE data modelling and quarterly reporting on actuals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Matric
• BComm Degree
• 2-3 years HR & Finance Data Analysis Experience required
