Paid pilots · scope confirmed before invoice

For hiring, workforce and learning teams

Turn job-posting evidence into decisions your team can defend.

Benchmark a job description, compare the same role across supported countries, or turn a skills question into an evidence brief. Every result names the cohort, observation window, totals, and limits.

  • No candidate ranking
  • No CV access
  • No national-total claims

A decision product, not another dashboard

Start with the question. End with inspectable evidence.

More charts do not create more certainty. A MisuJob pilot defines one decision, freezes the comparison cohort, and separates what postings show from what the data cannot support.

02
Coverage-gated pilot

Country Compare

Run the same role or skill definition across supported markets and compare only like-for-like observed cohorts.

  • Names country, period, defined cohort, and row count
  • Separates postings with the exact job title from related mentions
  • Never substitutes worldwide data for a missing country
03
Design-partner pilot

Curriculum Evidence Map

Translate a role cohort into baseline, differentiating, and emerging skill signals for a learning programme.

  • Uses recurring posting language, not trend hype
  • Keeps employer demand separate from learner outcomes
  • Documents low coverage and ambiguous terminology
04
After a validated pilot

Recurring Briefs

Track an agreed cohort through dated monthly samples once its reach and definitions are stable enough to compare.

  • Change log for definitions and the number of postings we review
  • Period-over-period observations with stable totals
  • No alert based solely on a change in the number of postings we review
05
Scoped appendix

Evidence exports

Receive a bounded CSV or Markdown appendix containing the metrics, definitions, observation dates, coverage limits, and sanitised example records with stable identifiers. There is no self-service API or unrestricted raw-data export in this validation offer.

The evidence model

A finding, its total, and the reason it matters.

These figures demonstrate the report grammar using one published historical MisuJob cohort. They are not live pilot results.

Role distribution

86%

Demand was broader than the obvious title.

Within the 39,155-posting Kubernetes cohort, 86% used titles outside explicit DevOps or Kubernetes labels.

Decision use: do not restrict sourcing or curriculum design to one title family.

Seniority classification

Decision use: preserve the unclassified remainder instead of forcing a false binary.

Skill co-mentions

The bundle is more useful than a single keyword.

Docker63%
AWS55%
Python44%
Terraform35%
Prometheus / Grafana16%

Decision use: distinguish recurring companions from optional differentiators.

Cloud-provider mentions · through May 2026

Mentions overlap; they are not market share.

AWS55.3%
Azure38.2%
GCP29.3%

Decision use: compare technology language without pretending mutually compatible mentions sum to 100%.

Emerging versus hired-for

0.85%

Interesting technology is not automatically hiring demand.

Crossplane appeared in 0.85% of the historical Kubernetes cohort.

Decision use: separate ecosystem excitement from observed requirements.

Discipline language

Related terms can reveal a field taking shape.

Platform engineering
11.1%
Developer experience
5.7%
Internal developer platform

Decision use: track precise language separately instead of merging it into one trend score.

Historical cohort boundary

39,155 postings · 81 countries · 7,750 companies · Aug 2025–May 2026

This Kubernetes demonstration is one cohort, not the boundary of the product. The dated library covers 94 topics, including Accounting, Customer Service, Human Resources, Logistics, Marketing, Patient Care, Sales and Talent Acquisition. A client brief receives its own current country, date, total and quality statement; these historical figures are never silently reused as current postings. Published MisuJob research cohort. Multi-country and historical: this is not a current country total, adoption measure, or forecast.

How a pilot works

Four checkpoints before a number becomes a decision.

  1. 01

    Define

Agree the role or topic, countries, time window, and decision the brief must inform.

  2. 02

    Coverage review

Confirm whether the available cohort is adequate. If it is not, MisuJob says so before quoting delivery.

  3. 03

    Analyse

Freeze definitions, remove duplicate observations, inspect examples, and keep title matches separate from topic mentions.

  4. 04

    Read out

Deliver findings, limitations, evidence appendix, and the questions the cohort still cannot answer.

Validation pricing

Pay for a scoped decision, not an unfinished subscription.

These are starting points for design partners. Coverage, scope, delivery date, and final price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Inspect the deliverable before you enquire

The gallery contains a complete example of every paid engagement: a Focused Market Brief, a Decision Pilot, and an honest Monitoring Issue 0 baseline with no trend shown until a comparable second edition exists.

No card form. No automatic renewal.

This page does not enable checkout. A pilot starts only after both sides approve a written scope. Monitoring is proposed separately after the one-off result has been reviewed.

Describe the decision

Start with a coverage review

Bring one real decision. We will confirm what the data can support.

Choose a package and describe the scope. This form prepares an unsent email on your device; it does not upload the details to MisuJob or store them in your browser.

  • No payment is taken here
  • Coverage is checked before work begins
  • Scope, delivery date and price are confirmed in writing

No checkout and no automatic renewal. We first confirm coverage and a written scope; work begins only after both sides approve it.

Complete the required fields to prepare an unsent enquiry email.

You must send the email yourself. If no email application opens, copy the enquiry details or write directly to team@misujob.com.

What MisuJob will not infer

Posting evidence has limits. The brief must show them.

  • Not candidate supply. Employer postings do not measure how many qualified people are available.
  • Not time to hire. Listing dates alone do not explain recruitment-cycle duration.
  • Not salary truth. Salary analysis is excluded unless the selected country cohort has adequate, comparable samples.
  • Not technology adoption. An indexed skill or title term is an observed hiring signal, not proof of production usage.
  • Not a national total. Every count remains bounded by its explicit country, period and the number of postings we review.
  • Not an automated employment decision. No CV screening, candidate score, or hiring recommendation is included.

Bring one real decision

If the data cannot support it, that should be the first finding.

Tell us the role, countries, and decision. We will review coverage before proposing a pilot.
